We hereby inform you that on behalf of and in the interests of the Ukrainian Interbank Association of EMA Payment System Members, we are conducting a campaign to identify phishing and fraudulent websites on the Internet,
in which we constantly monitor Internet resources.
Our client, the Ukrainian Interbank Association of EMA Payment System Members,
recorded that this site “*” is a phishing / fraudulent one.

As a result of monitoring, the website “*” was identified with the IP address “***.**.***.**” (hereinafter referred to as the Site), for which you provide the hosting service, phishing was recorded / fraud.
The indicated actions are illegal. For violation of the law provides for civil, administrative and criminal liability.
Fixing these facts gives our client the basis for applying to law enforcement agencies and the court to protect their rights.
We asking to stop the violation by restricting access to the specified Site, as well as take other necessary and sufficient measures to stop the violation.
We ask you to show understanding of the current situation and inform us in writing about the results of the consideration of this letter.
